Thank you for your response to my posting.

Yes, you are correct. The family of John and Mary Ann, with daughters Mary
Ann and Susan born in London, is my family. They had five more children in
Australia and my ancestor is their son (John) the second born in Australia
in 1832. The records here in Australia show John as from Wisbeach,
Cambridgeshire. To date, I have been unable to locate him at Wisbech through
my search of online indexes or the limited microfiche parish records
accessible in Melbourne.
