Hi Ann:

Could you write to the reference librarian at the Wisbeach Library and ask her if she could look it up in the microfilms of the newspaper? I usually send a little money with requests like that, to cover copying and postage and a bit for their time and haven't lost money yet. Do you have any closer date than just the year? Maybe someone in the library would know where to look.
