Hi everyone, just posting my interests:

CAUSIER, Droitwich ? Dodderhill, pre 1770

If anyone out there is researching the same name I would be delighted to
exchange information. I have a newspaper cutting which shows that Thomas
CAUSIER owned land In Gurneys Lane?(doesn't say which town) which was
occupied by a salt works which he then sold to a salt union in 1865.The
clipping has a photo of a street in which there is work being carried out
and it says the foremans name is CAUSIER. I think the writing says they were
laying the "goes" in Queen street that would carry the brine, I do not
understand any of this and would be grateful for any interpretation

Thanks Jenni Brannan in the Hunter Valley Australia
