The NBI has "over 5 million" burial records from 1538 to 2000 and the
coverage is quite sporadic - for Worcester there are 483 thousand - for
Staffordshire only 18 thousand and some counties not covered at all.

Its available from www.ffhs.org.uk

The BVRI has aver 5million births christenings and marriages for approx the
same period again with sporadic cover and available from LDS.

I have both if you want look ups while you decide.
