Rank or profession
Residence at time of marriage
Father's name and surname (may also state 'deceased')
Rank or Profession of father
Names of witnesses

*Married in the .............. according to the Rites and Ceremonies of
the ......................... by ........ or after ......... banns by me -
(signature of Vicar)


*1939 certificate from my family says:
Married in the Parish Church according to the Rites and Ceremonies of the
Church of England after Banns by me (signed by Vicar)
