JOHN FULLER (a stonemason) married ELIZABETH HARRISON at Ely Holy
Trinity on 27 Apr 1814. Daughter HANNAH FULLER (my gg grandmother) was
born 23 Jan 1823 in Ely and baptised on 26 Jan 1824 at Ely Holy
Trinity. 1851 Directory of Cambs shows JOHN FULLER as a stonemason of
Gaol St, Ely, but he was no longer there in 1875 Directory. He appears
in Cambridge Poll Book 1835 in Ely Trinity, but he is not in the 1857
Poll Book. He was obviously still alive in 1847 for HANNAH's marriage
to GEORGE COULTHARD on 9 Nov 1847 in Ely Holy Trinity as I have the
marriage certificate. JOHN was clearly a professional man and recognised
in the community, but I can find no trace of his death between 1847 and
1857 in the Ely or surrounding areas. Neither can I find any trace of a
family of stonemasons by the name of FULLER in the Cambridge/Ely area.
Can anyone help me find the FULLERs please?
