Hello Ron,
Multiple baptisms are not uncommon in the 19th Century, particularly
in the more industrial towns. The churches became fashionable and the
labouring classes were less influenced by the church (and had less
time to attend !) Sometimes with a change of priest, large batches
would be rounded up and all done together.
You would confirm this by finding the family in the 1871 census, or
individual records in the birth index.

Maybe they waited and had older children all done at the same time.There
was nothing under the burial for Chesterton for any of the above. These are
not my Chapman line that I know of.
