Hi Ron,
It's about 7 km north-east of Ely. Between Coveney and Pymore and south of
the New Bedford River. Part of it is in Coveney Parish (called Coveney
Byall Fen on my map) and the part which is just labelled Byall Fen is in
Downham Parish. The name comes up in some of the old census records.
