Good Day Fred.
Just a thought. I was born in Ingram street Huntingdon
in 1940 and went to school with a girl called "Tilly" Howells in fact we went
out a couple of times in the 1950's.
She and her family lived in Hartford road probably about number 11 or
thereabouts at the High street end. I last met her in 1997 but had a long visit
in 1988.
I wonder if there is a connection with your Howell(s) family.
You never know it may give you a lead.
Regards Cliff Wright.
