Hello All:

Can anyone help me find a marriage between
Josiah Ernest MARKILLIE or MARKLEY (born 5 Sep 1876) and Florence KING in
1906? It may be Ernest MARKILLIE and Florence KING The marriage may have
taken place at St. Augustine's, Wisbech St. Peter

Ref 338/ROW17/41/2

According to John Greenwood, a relation of Florence King,
the Kings lived in Sandyland, Burgess Square, Blyforth Square,
Wisbech.

Ernest MARKILLIE and his wife had two children that I know of
Ernest MARKILLIE chr 11 Mar 1907 St. Augustines, WSP
Margaret MARKILLIE chr 16 Aug 1908 St. Augustines, WSP

In 1922 Kelly's Directory they were living at 38 Lynn Road, Wisbech. Ernest
is listed as Licensee of the Anchor Hotel,
Thetford, Norfolk 11.11.1926. His sister Mildred Harriet MARKILLIE took over
the license two years later.
