Hi Barb,

You still haven`t confirmed as to wether you ordered through the Cheshirebmd site or the GRO site. If it was the Cheshire site then their reference number that is printed on the form will be enough to obtain the certificate. If it was the GRO site then I am fairly certain that they will just refund 4.00 of the 7.00 and will not send the certificate. Perhaps you should wait and see what turns up before re-ordering.
