Hello Ellen,

I have Entwistles in my family tree and some with the first name Thomas, too, but I don't recognize your ancestor. I have seen, however, the Tom Murray Entwistle who has a WWI registration card with the same birth date you mention. I wonder if this is your source.

The Census records for your Thomas M. has son Wallace who born in New York. Do you know if this was NYC? I can help if it was. NYC Birth certificates sometimes have valuable details.
