Hi Paul,

I'm afraid that the old Romford registration area records are now divided up between all
three of the new districts that you mentioned. Barking & Dagenham is perhaps the smallest,
and Redbridge the largest, so you may be advised to telephone the latter (0208 478 2030)
to start with. They will usually look up their registers on the phone while you wait.
