The Great Migration Begins, Vol II, pp913-914, has detailed comments on
Henry's parentage, including examinations as far back as 1937 on the claim
as to Sir Wm being his father. A letter dated 28 June 1653 from Henry to his
brother in Leicestershire has "demonstrated convincingly" that Henry was the
settler of that name in Virginia, distinct from the one in New England [TAG
14:96-98].
At this time, there appears to be no proof Henry's father is Sir William,
based on the latest evidence in writing.
