I ask your indulgence. There MUST be an Essex connection, I just haven't
found it yet!
The VRs for for the marriage of Lucy Wheeler and Lorenzo Jewett were
destroyed in a Town Hall fire. The information on her was reconstructed.
I 'suspect' Lydia [or her parents] was from the Bethel, Gilead,
Shelburne area......this seemed to be the migration pattern of those who
settled Milan NH. Any suggestions most welcome.

LYDIA KIMBALL*.1 She married JOSEPH WHEELER* born 27 July 1806 in
Gilead Oxford ME 2 son of Samuel WHEELER* and Lydia AUSTIN*.

Child of Lydia KIMBALL* and Joseph WHEELER* is:
i.LUCY MARGARET WHEELER*, b. Abt 1835; d. 1904; m. LORENZO JEWETT*, 5
April 1854, Milan Coos NH 3.
