I believe my Essex Brown(e)s moved to Norwich for religious reasons. Now
that I have stated that, I can't remember for sure why I think so. I do
know that following the short stay in Norwich, Tristram Brown (b. 17 Mar
1702) moved to Canterbury, and was one of the founders of the Church in
that locality.
