The Mary who married (presumably) Benjamin was:

Mary, b. 9 Aug. 1673; daughter of Nehemiah. Mary and Benjamin filed int. 24
Apr, 1708 (1)

Her mother was: "Excercise, daughter of John Pierce of Lynn." (1)

Ipswich VR:

JEWETT

Mary, and Benja[min] Skillion, int. Apr. 24, 1708 (2)

Neither the Ipswich or Rowley records record the marriage just the intentions

Ipswich births do show the birth of a Mary to a Thomas and Mary Skillion in
1711 (2)
