As per Douglas Boynton Quine's extensive online stuff (drawn, I believe,
from one of John F. Boynton's books on the family), they came from Knapton
in Wintringham Parish in the East Riding of Yorkshire. I don't know how
close that might be to Homes Upon Spalding Moore.
