Essex County VR CD says a John Kelley died in Newbury, Dec 28, 1644 - (2 :
631)
but no wife called out.

Also, there is shown a marriage in Newbury of a John Kelly (note spelling) and
Sarah Knight on May 20, 1663 (2 : 268) There is also in the Newbury births,
a John Kelly, son of John, born July 2, 1642. This might all tie together,
but again, no wife shown. The three other Johns born there are after 1644,
John's date of death.
