I suppose the marriage record is in England, a parish record, perhaps
filmed by LDS.
Henry Short in his will dated 13 Feb 1672, calls Samuel Holt cousin. He
also refers to Nicholas Holt as brother of Samuel.....
Nicholas Holt and Elizabeth Short had sons Nicholas and Samuel.
