I would have no problem putting such a magazine on the county site. However,

John;
I will volunteer ( since my big mouth usually gets me into this kind of
trouble anyway...lol...) if I can get 3 others to volunteer to write and research
with me.
This needs to be a community effort not a one man show.
I will need to think this through a little ..
What would anyone else like to see in such a magazine? Do I have any other
volunteers? Any ideas? John, would you ( and maybe Jodi , Janice Farnsworth,
and others) be willing to write a few articles here and there? I would be
willing to put it up on the Salem site also but I do feel that it belongs on the
county site or an external server to avoid the problems everyone seems to be
having with Rootsweb.
How about a separate "list" ,read only magazine, hosted by Rootsweb ,
devoted to just a once a month publication of the "The Magizine"?You could subcribe
but not post and still subscribe to the Essex list to post?
Terri
