Hello fellow listers

I am amazed at the response produced to my query re ARIEL. I want to thank
everyone publicly for their help in tracking down this surname. I will try
to respond to all the emails personally - but if I miss one or two please
forgive me. I have the *history * of the family back to about 1700 in
Bristol area, albiet with a lot of holes! There were in fact 4 *Myles
Ariel* which does make it a little bit confusing at times. This line has
died out in my family with the last remaining Ariel boy, marrying, but not
having any children. The lines were very heavily female based.

Once again, thank you for everybody's help with this query and also with
helping to track down that Finchingfield Book I was enquiring about.

By the way, the temp. is hovering around 29 C and the storm clouds are
coming in - very black!!
