Maybe they are friendly but you will have to be in good physical shape.
The huge old ledgers are a fair weight and then you will have to be able
to stand the buffeting by , what I took as Professional Researchers, as
they scrummage to get at the Ledgers. Time is money ,no doubt.
Still best of luck. I only had 50% of my requests returned to me from
Southport. Silly me ,not knowing my great grandmotherhad given the wrong
name for her father at the marriage,also that she had been widowed TWICE
before she married my great grandfather.
