I assume you've used the LDS FamilySearch site? If so, from the starting
screen select the 'Custom Search' tab, then choose 'Family History Library
Catalogue'. This allows you to perform an online search of the holdings at
the LDS library in Salt Lake City. When you find sopmething you want you
order that film via a local LDS Family History Centre. There's a small
charge, and the film takes about six weeks to arrive.

Much quicker, for you, would be to check where else these registers (or
copies of them) might be in the UK. The Essex Record Office is one place to
try. But it's likely that they were collected up in 1837 by the Registrar
General, so that they will be available (on film) at the Family Record
Centre in London.
