No necessarily. Batch numbers usually indicate specific parishes, not
people. If you've found the same batch number occurring with one name
it might be a baptism and a marriage for one person, but it could also
be for cousins with the same name or, if the parish is a very large
one in a large town, no relation at all. You didn't indicate what the
batch number was so I can't tell you what it is that you probably
have.
