I've ordered up the original of these pieces and they are in Latin. I'm
working on my translation (not exactly Caesar and Cicero here but I can
make out a lot). SEAX provides a synopsis in English but even it I'm not
sure about. Can someone have a look and give me there impression of what
is going on here?

Which they had together with William Hylmer', Robert Lundenyssh'sen.,
and Henry Clerk, [all] formerly of Hatfield Regis, decd, by the demise
and deed of confirmation of Richard Joseph' and John Stonard', formerly
of Hatfield Regis
To be held to the use of Wmn Shyngey on condition that he pay to William
Symmys [sen.] 46s. 8d in two instalments of 7s. 10d. and four of 7s.9d.,
each to be paid at Easter and Michs; in default of payment Symmys to
have power to repossess the property
Seals: (i) ? merchant's mark; (ii) and (iii) missing (seal tags cut from
deed dated 4 Henry VII [1512/3])
