Andy,
I found Harry in 1861 cns age 3 at Little Wolford. He appears to have the following siblings:
Lydia born 1855 at Shipton , Oxfordshire
Tom born 1860 at Wolford
Emma born 1862, William born 1864 and Hannah Elizabeth born 1869 all at Little Wolford.
His parents were Thomas Essex and Elizabeth (unknown). Thomas was born in 1826 at Little Wolford and appears in 1851 cns age 25 unmaried occ shoemaker and 1861 cns age 35 occ shoemaker. Elizabeth was age 30 occ shoe binder. Thomas was the enumerator for 1861 cns in Greater and Little Wolford cns areas.
In 1861 his mother Hannah was living with them.
I beleive his mother was Hannah Essex (nee Hall). In 1851 cns she was a widow age 53 pensioner living with her sister Elizabeth Hall at Little Wolford. Hannah had 2 children: Thomas above and William born 1830 at Warwick.
