Sorry, I don't have anymore info on the PHELPS family. My EVANS line came
from Wales. I only know this because some of my EVANS told me so, but at
the time I wasn't doing my genealogy so I don't have any written proof
before they came to America.

born in Wales (1857) and married William C. Evans. Just curious if there is
