Do you possibly have a Mary Anne Evans in your research? She was born in
1818 in either NY or NH. She married James M. Duncan of VA in 1838. They
moved to Carter Cty, KY where James was an engineer for a coal mine. They
had 8 children. They then moved to Kenton Cty, KY, Mary Anne died in Kenton

Cty 13 Jan 1900. Any help on Mary Anne's family would be greatly
appreciated. Mary Anne and James' children were Abigail b 1840; Fidelity
b1843; Charles b1844; William E. b1847; Cecile b1850; Martha b1852; Mattie
b1856 married a Saunders; and Nannie Rees b Sept 1857 Carter Cty, KY,
married
2 Dec 1884 Kenton Cty, KY to Charles Howard Christian, d 15 June 1936 Kenton

Cty, KY.
