I am interested in any information related to a John Evans born about 1795, lived in Armstrong County, PA as of 1820 census. Married to Charity. Had children: John, Harriet, Sylvannus, Thomas, Peter, Elizabeth, Rebecca. John Evans died in 1840 leaving Widdow Evans. I have been unable to locate any information on his arrival in Pennsylvania, or possible leads on parents. Any suggestions of research helpful, as I have exhausted all I can think of over the past two years. Have lots of up to date research after him, willing to share with anyone with an interest.
