Who did your John Evans marry? Was he ever in Harris Co or Muscogge Co GA?
I have a John Henry EVANS, b. 22 December 1848. Son of Noah EVANS.
He married, Elizabeth O'KELLY. The only child I have found for them so far
is: Alvin EVANS, b. 08 February 1882; d. 27 June 1940, Columbus, GA .
Let me know if any of this fits your John.
