WILBURN EVANS SEABOURNE, of VA.
Mr. EVANS and Lucinda WILBURN m: Abt. 1800, VA or TN. Their children were:
1. Mathilda EVENS/EVANS b: Abt. 1801 VA
2. Thomas EVENS/EVANS b: Abt. 1803 VA
3. Martha EVENS/EVANS b: Abt. 1805 VA
4. Claiborne W. EVENS/EVANS m: Nancy THOMAS Abt. 1831, TN. He died, Jan 10,
1862, in Washington County, MO. (possibly Caledonia, MO) She died Mar 10,
1890, in Washington County, MO.
Lucinda EVANS is found in the 1850 Jefferson County, MO census with all the
children of Benjamin and Unknown JACKSON. (my gggrandfather)
Abt. 1810, Lucinda married Mr. SEABOURNE in TN or VA. Their children were:
1. Jane SEABOURNE b: Abt. 1812 VA
2. James Monroe SEABOURNE b: Nov 28, 1814 TN d: Oct 24, 1876, Belgrade,
MO
m: Mahala Cunningham CAMPBELL d: Nov 19, 1875, Belgrade, Jefferson, MO
3. Miss SEABOURNE b: Abt. 1816 TN
I am searching for the "slightest" scrap of information on any of the above
persons, especially the EVANS family. I believe that one of the EVANS or
SEABOURNE daughters married my grt-grt grandfather, Benjamin JACKSON.
I have information on some of the descendants of the above persons.
