Claiborne Walter EVANS / EVENS had a known half-brother, James Monroe SEABOURNE and a known half-sister, Jane(?) SEABOURNE. He also had a sister, Caroline(?) His mother's name was Lucinda WILBURN EVANS SEABOURNE and his father's name is unknown at this time.
