Hi Linda,
Thanks for your response. I have connected with a couple of Evan's cousins since I made this posting. We, in no way, can verify the lineage before William Parsons Evans. I do not believe that John and Elizabeth are William Parsons Evans parents, it just does not hold up with all the info that was previously attributed to this line.
DAR has closed this line to further application because of the problems linking William Parsons Evans to John and Elizabeth; there simply is not a credible link.
