Notes for Joseph Taylor Edwards
I have death cert. on Joe Taylor Edwards. States Sue Shehan Edwards was his
wife and was 59 at the time. He lived in White Oak Township. Funeral was
at McFarland's in Tryon NC.
Also I have a picture of him with several of his grandchildren when they
were very small.

Notes for Alice Powell Edwards
Alice Powell Edwards was only 15 when she got married! I have a copy of the
marriage cert.--LH
I have the death cert for Alice Powell Edwards. Her middle name on the cert
is odd and looks like a foreign name--Htitchen (it is somewhat illegible and
I could be spelling it wrong). J C Powell was the informant and registrar.
Was this her own father? Township she lived in was Cooper's Gap Polk County
NC. The undertaker was H P Womacke--LH
