You are invited to join the Edwards Surname Project, if you are a male with the surname Edwards, and are a biological descendent of a male Edwards. If you are not a male Edwards, but are related to one, I would be grateful if you could pass this message on to them.

In addition to establishing contacts with relations, the goal of this project is to establish how many familial Edwards groupings there are in the world, and the country of origin of these groupings. We would expect most of the groupings would have originated in England, Wales, or Scotland, but would not be surprised to find some in Ireland, where the name could be an Anglicized version of an Irish name.
