It sounds to me as if for the time being you will need to copy all your
qualifying-type notes into one or more record notes (PAF will effectively
merge all your notes into one if you import your file into PAF and then
re-export it, if that helps you at all). I have added this email and the
previous one to the wish-list and will think about it further.
