Personally (I am right-handed) I find it much easier to use
Ctrl-Insert and Shift-Insert respectively. They work in the same way
as Ctrl-C and Ctrl-V.
Even better, I use a mouse with a programmable middle button. I have
this set to Copy. It's wonderful!
