Sorry to bring this question up again but even after browsing through previous answers I still can't get it to work.
I have just switched to xp and after installing version 2.0 I have downloaded the 2.1.8 upgrade, but when I try to do the upgrade I get the message saying it can't be done as I already have it installed ( which I haven't !).
I am the only user of my PC so as far as I can see I am the administrator, and I have downloaded the upgrade into 'Peter's documents' in My Documents.
Help would be greately appreciated.
