Hi Richard,

Yes, all messages are stored permanently in the mailing list archives.
If you want to just browse the messages then it's
http://archiver.rootsweb.com/th/index/FAMILY-HISTORIAN-USERS/
If you want to search for a specific subject then go to
http://listsearches.rootsweb.com/?list=FAMILY-HISTORIAN-USERS

However it could be that some of the messages contain 'basic information'
e.g. about the upgrades, obtaining a particular report, or recording an
event, so you could always quickly skim through the messages you currently
have and if any of them fit a 'should keep handy' then either put them in a
separate folder or else make a note of the subject heading, who sent the
message and the month and year, so you have a quick reference.
