Hi Reg,

I telephoned TWR and they said that as from 1st March they had to quote a
security number for all payments. As they had not got these they had decided

to take the payments before that date. They further stated that it would be
at least another fortnight before the goods would be ready for payment. So
much for them saying "No payment would be taken before delivery"
