Or try using the built-in Windows feature that makes use of the Print Scrn key:

For the full screen, press the Print Scrn button then use Paste to insert into
any suitable programme file; for an individual window, first click on the window
with the mouse and then use the keyboard combination of the two buttons Alt and
Print Scrn, then Paste into your desired programme and file.
