Hi,

Not wishing to kick this subject to death, or perhaps I am ;-).

I have followed this debate, with increasing frustration, and must add my support to what
Bob and Phil have written. Having worked closely with IT professionals, especially BDAs
and Systems Analysts, I think I know how they tick. Surly the level of technical detail
being explored here would be better discussed directly with Calico Pie. The level of user
support from Simon, Jane and others is superb. Ever tried getting this level from
Microsoft or Symantec without parting with your money, let-alone having named
contacts?
