Me too

"Surly the level of technical detail
being explored here would be better discussed directly with Calico Pie. The
level of user
support from Simon, Jane and others is superb. Ever tried getting this
level from
Microsoft or Symantec without parting with your money, let-alone having
named
contacts?

Mike Bishop"

Mike has hit the nail on the head here - yes good to have alerted the list
to an issue but to carry on the argument leaves a lot us (forgive me for
putting words into mouths!) normally silent members on edge. I read the list and
asI have said elsewhere continue to be grateful to Simon and Jane for all
their advice freely given and with grace even when I am sure they feel some of us
ask the most obvious of questions (for which I too am grateful to those who
put their heads above the parapet).

now sticking my head back under the parapet......!!!!!!
