Those of us in the UK know exactly how you feel. If we wish to buy US
based software we pay £ for every $ you pay. The new Upgrade for
Adobe Photoshop costs more to download than buying it by post and the
postal version also includes a tutorial disc!! Downloads are not
always cheaper.

Sorry that you are not going to upgrade, you will be missing out on
some useful improvements.
