I've tried without any luck. My column code is INDI.CENS[year=1851]PLAC and
this shows for almost everyone.
I've taken someone else from the same household and deleted the census place
in events, which then vanishes in the query. I then replaced it in events
and it reappears in the query. But with the one that is missing I've removed
place in events - so nothing in query - and then replaced it in exactly the
same way as the other one. No joy.

With out looking at the data I can't think of a reason. I would double
check the ones which look wrong and make sure the place is in the Census and
it's not a Family Census or a Residence record.
