Thank you Derek
What with what you said and a little experimenting I can now do exactly what
I want. It simply involves going to Options, Main Items, Add, Insert Data
Reference, Flags, OK, then give a Label "Flags" , Show if not empty" , Add,
OK and Bingo a list of all Flags for each person appears in the report.
This saves me having to learn how to write a script
