Hi Everyone-

It's my first time posting and was hoping for some advice.

We have yet to take the "plunge" into a written newsletter, but our
SPRINKLE-L forum and corresponding online database gets alot of
activity...So much activity that I'm considering creating an organized
SPRINKLE "Society."

My question to those of you with organized groups already is relating to the
"business." Are you incorporated? Are you registered as Profit or
Non-Profit? What are the perks and downsides to both? What about dues? Do
you charge dues to cover printing and postage? Do you have a "board of
directors" or does 1 person run the whole show? Are there salaries
involved?

So many questions....so little time :-)
