Hi Barbara
Congratulations on your first newsletter - I havent managed to get mine
off the ground yet. I would love to see how you wrote your reason for doing
a newsletter. I agree about the money - people are always concerned about
why we are doing things.
I am doing a one name study for Pulleyblank / Polyblank and last spring
wrote a letter to everyone in the world that I could find with this name -
177 letters. I was fortunate to get a good response but of course lots didnt
bother to reply - guess they thought it was a commercial venture. At
Christmas I sent a card and a note telling about the responses to everyone
in the hopes that it would make some who hadnt responded the first time
around, think about it and it worked! Since these people are not all
related - just have the same name - I'm not sure how to go about it.

Are you able to email your newsletter?
