Custom Reports are really simple Chuck. The easiest way to learn them is
just to play.

Click the green printer icon and click the Custom Reports Tab. Now click
on the Browse button and select any of the pre-prepared custom reports to
look at. Select a dozen or so people to include on the report and print
it.

After you're done, go back but instead of printing the report, click on
'Modify Selected Report'. Now you can look at the layout for the report
you just printed. You can add fields and text to make the report give
you any combination of data you need.

The one thing I need to mention is that when you add a field, it overlays
the new field over whatever is closest to the left margin. Click, hold,
and drag to move it elsewhere.

Enjoy.
